11 Nov A record production year
2020/21 is set to be the biggest production year yet for Graham Lusty Trailers.
Waste, mining and farming have all had a strong year along with good crops and recent stimulus from the government which has prompted an increase in orders.
“Our newest builds are in line with the good harvest season we are seeing in Victoria and New South Wales and the stimulus packages announced by the government for COVID recovery,” said Graham Lusty, CEO of Graham Lusty Trailers.
Graham also believes the company’s success relies heavily on his hand-picked team who are responsible for ensuring the high-quality products GLT is known for.
“We are lucky to have been able to keep our workforce employed during the year and to offer new employment to keep up with production.”
“We choose our team with care to ensure we maintain the high standard we seek. We have two graduate engineers and two qualified draughtsmen together with the best crew of welders, fabricators and fitters.”
With current orders out to mid-2021, the team is looking forward to another promising year and hope to be in a purpose-built facility within the next three years.
“A new facility will help us increase our production numbers and ultimately help our customers to deliver more products.”
